In individually crafting your website we need to know what your desires and expectations are. Please give the following information and any other information/instructions which you feel necessary. If, however, you have no idea what you want on your site and the following instructions are not enough for you to get started, let us know. We can help further!

A. Home Page

  1. Do you desire a picture of your church, pastor, etc. on the home page? If so - can you have the picture/pictures scanned and sent to us at: info@masterdigitaldesigns.com?
  2. Do you have a church logo or slogan you want displayed on the front page? A favorite verse?
  3. Do you want an introductory statement from the pastor or general information regarding your church and its ministries on the home page? Church service times? Other?
  4. How many pages (categories) will you be posting? Please list the categories so appropriate "buttons" may be placed on the home page.
  5. Please review the above and make sure you have given us all the information you expect to be posted on the home page.

B. Other Pages

Other pages may include the following or you may instruct us as to what subjects you want on other pages.

  1. Ministries
  2. Missionaries
  3. Special Events/Meetings/Announcements
  4. Gospel message
  5. Youth Page
  6. Books/Sermons/Tapes available for purchasing
  7. Ladies' page
  8. Links (or other recommended websites)
  9. Testimonies

Of course, the above list contains suggestions only. You may wish to add any category you feel appropriate

Please choose which pages you want in addition to the home page and let us know what information you want on each page. Also be sure to scan and send any photos you want included along with instruction regarding on which page/pages they are to be posted and send to us at: info@masterdigitaldesigns.com (If scanning is a problem, let us know and we will instruct you on where to send the photos.)

C. Choosing a Domain Name

If you have chosen to have us register your site's domain name, then you need to send us several suggested names. Often a church's name plus.com is enough. However, as time goes by it is becoming more and more difficult to obtain a domain name that hasn't already been bought by someone else. Therefore, we recommend you sending five to ten possibilities if we find your first choice isn't available.

D. Re-designing Existing Sites

Many churches have sub-standard websites or outdated sites which they wish us to re-design. If this is your desire, please send us your site address along with a description of what you want us to do to the site. Please tell us whether you want only the Home page redesigned or the entire site. Pricing will depend on the amount of work and once we know your desires we can give you a quote. Also, once we have designed the site to your liking, we will need the user I.D. and password for your site in order to "go live" with the newly designed site.

E. Ordering

Once you have decided to place an order with us, you will want to do the following:

  1. Send us instructions regarding just what you want us to do for you.
  2. Either choose a package from our Pricing page or obtain a quote from us.
  3. Send a check made out to Master Digital Designs to the following U.S. address: c/o Brian Snider 14136 East Limestone Rd. Huntsville, AL 35749

(Please note: If you are ordering from other than the U.S., we may instruct you to send your payment to another address.) Once you have determined you want us to work for you and have sent us appropriate instructions, we can begin designing for you. However, we will not post the materials live until we have received payment.
